It was a limited item, along with several other hairstyles, that was only available in the donation shop for a short period. You will have to find sellers in the Exchange forum if you want to buy it now.

Yeah, there should be a Marketplace in the works right now :) If you don't like the price guide given to you here, simply searching in the search bar of the Exchange forum will bring up different ones. Though the unofficial exchanger's guide is the most popular, by far.
