Alright so I need help finding a new Anime. HAS to feature Romance and not just a little romance. Not so big on the hentai thing, but if it features sex w/e. Though I do not want a pure smut anime. It can't be subbed. it NEEDS to be englished dubbed. Also another must need is ... hot guys <3 I love me some hot bishies. Oh Oh!!! I also enjoy cute animes >.<

BUYING LEVELING ITEMS AT LVL1 FOR 4K
This might not be exactly what you described, but Hakuouki and Hakuouki Hekketsuroku (season 2) was absolutely stunning. Tons of hot guys ;D It gets into romance near the end but there is always a hint of it. The ending of season 2 is just.. jaw-dropping. I think if you give it a chance, you might like it, though it isn't straight romance.

If you're willing to try subs, Kimi Ni Todoke is an adorable romance anime. Although at times it drags on a bit, but I enjoyed it a lot! There's also Sakamichi no Apollon, which isn't focused on romance, but it does play a part in it. Personally, I think the guys in it are hot stuff, and the music is refreshing. c:

Nana- A good anime about two girls who live together named Nana with a really intense romantic plot. There's a bit of nudity and quite a bit of sex if I recall, but it doesn't really show much. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
That's the only one I can think of right now. I'd advise against watching the Skip Beat anime and say read the manga instead. The anime is subbed only and it cuts off at an awkward part. That's what I know from the last time I tried to watch it.

I'm not sure about episodes (I Read them more than watch) but two BIGGEST series that shouts Romance and some darker themes are.
Black Bird- Really good, I swear my friends and I were hooked on it for days. Highly reccomend.
Hadashi de bara wo fume- "Stepping on Roses" IT's not quite popular but it's still amazing and has a lot of darker/suggestive themes.
